WORLD UNION OF QWAN KI DO

AND SINO - VIETNAMESE MARTIAL ARTS

The "World Union of Qwan Ki Do" was originally created in 1981, in the same year of the foundation of Qwan Ki Do as a specific Sino-Vietnamese martial arts current, and in the same year of establishment of the Italian Union of Qwan Ki Do and French Federation of Qwan Ki Do.

Its official registration took place in Milan on 1 December 1989, by the then General Secretary Maestro Roberto Vismara (notarial yearbook 93341/85444).

On 5 September 2020, following its re-foundation, the organization assumes its current name of "World Union of Qwan Ki Do and Sino-Vietnamese Martial Arts" with a new Constitution and a new Statute, which are however based on strong continuity with the previous organization.

The "World Union" is a non-profit organization that protects the deeply ethical and supportive nature of the Sino-Vietnamese martial arts understood, in their broadest sense, as a project for the development of the human being in his community and non-individualistic dimension. .

To achieve its goal of development and dissemination of Sino-Vietnamese martial arts at an international level, the "World Union" establishes qualification and certification activities using a pool of experts with extensive knowledge and professionalism both in the martial field and in other human disciplines.
