Traditional Combat

TRADITIONAL COMBAT

Traditional combat, referred to as Vo Dai, commonly takes place in clubs and is the basis of the combat that will then take place in sports competitions.

In these fights there are no rules, everything is valid, even if always with control. The effectiveness of the hits is sought. Training at Vo Dai therefore leads to the use of elbow, knee and finger techniques in addition to the more conventional techniques, obtaining a very broad expression of combat in our art.
